Purpose of Position
As a Scheduling Specialist at NetJets, you will play a crucial role in developing the current and next day's flight schedule. You will manage scheduling and communication, prioritizing safety in all scheduling tasks while maintaining exceptional service for NetJets Owners, crewmembers, and supporting departments. The Scheduling Specialist will continuously seek opportunities to reduce schedule costs while maintaining a robust schedule in a dynamic environment. Tasks and Responsibilities
Next Day Scheduling:

Current Day Scheduling:

Crew Communication and Duty Day Management:
* Act as the primary liaison between crewmembers and the flight center. Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans).
Follows TireHub safety standards with respect to selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders and position them in designated locations using the bin locator system.
Operates equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

5. Communicate with maintenance providers and NetJets representatives as necessary related to documentation of maintenance performed.
6. Maintain and update APU usage and placards. Provide maintenance providers with updated values when required.
7. Determine if additional tracking changes are needed based on engineering documentation and submit tracking changes for review when required.

Success for this role is making end users love the ERP platform by helping them work more efficiently and accurately.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and administrative functions.
Translate operational needs into functional BC requirements and work closely with the development team to deliver solutions.
Assist in designing, testing, and rolling out process improvements within Business Central.
Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for new and existing workflows.
Deliver hands-on training sessions to drive system adoption across multiple locations.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Business Central, Power BI, and Jet Reports.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical resources to resolve problems quickly.
Serve as a functional liaison between users and IT, ensuring clarity in requirements and solutions.
