Research is Power The Company: Dive deep into the company website, recent news, and social media. Understand their mission, values, and current challenges or successes. The Role: Thoroughly analyze the job description. Identify which of your skills and past experiences align most strongly with the position's requirements. The Interviewer(s): If possible, find out who will be interviewing you. Look them up on LinkedIn or the company website to get a sense of their backgrounds. 2. Practice Your Story Master Common Questions: Prepare compelling answers to typical questions like "Tell me about yourself", "Why are you interested in this position?", or "Describe a time you faced a challenge". My salary compared very well to what I thoght i would earn. While everyone wants to earn more, I am confident that I am in a good range salary wise.
