David Julian, co-founder and chief technology officer, leads Netradyne’s long-term technology vision. A 20-year technology R&D veteran, he sees near infinite potential for Computer Vision and Deep Learning to solve things from everyday problems to highly specialized use-cases from automotive, healthcare and energy exploration, to recreation and entertainment. Prior to co-founding Netradyne in 2015, David served as Principal Engineer at Qualcomm, where he was awarded over 100 US patents covering a wide range of technologies during his 12 year tenure at the company. While at Qualcomm, he was also the Project and Systems Engineering Lead of a multidisciplinary team for the company’s ultra low-power and ranging ultra-wideband R&D efforts, taking it from concept to system-on-chip (SOC) prototypes. David was also instrumental in Qualcomm’s Zeroth team achieving best performance on the 2015 NIST TREVID semantic indexing task for video. Before Qualcomm, David co-founded Mountain View Analytics and supported Voyager and Cassini Deep Space programs at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Julian holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from New Mexico State University and a master’s of science and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Mike DiNucci, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Netradyne, leads all global sales and business operations for the company. DiNucci joins Netradyne from electric vehicle (EV) charging network ChargePoint, where his most recent position was Senior Vice President of Sales. During his eleven years at ChargePoint he helped lead the company’s sales efforts and field operations. DiNucci has more than 25 years of experience in technology, the last decade of which he has spent in SaaS and clean transportation. He specializes in designing, building, and scaling sales engines, while driving elite performance amongst his teams. Prior to joining ChargePoint, he spent years managing sales teams at a number of companies including VeriSign, Network Appliance, CyberSource, Silicon Graphics and Xactly.

Avneesh Agarwal is a Pres:India & South Asia at Qualcomm and CEO/Co-Founder at NetraDyne. He has worked as Senior VP:Technology & Bus at Qualcomm. Avneesh attended Stanford University.
