As CEO and member of the Board of Directors, Fletcher is responsible for Netsocket's strategic direction and growth. Fletcher brings deep industry knowledge as well as a strong track record in worldwide sales, business development and the establishment of new markets in complex technical environments. Fletcher previously served as executive vice president of sales and business development for Netsocket. Fletcher came to Netsocket from Acme Packet, where he was vice president of enterprise and government sales and a founding member of the enterprise sales team. He was previously vice president/general manager of Americas system sales for NetTest Inc. (acquired by Anritsu), a Danish provider of integration performance analysis and service assurance systems for VoIP, GSM, GPRS, UMTS and next-generation network technologies. Prior to that, Fletcher served as senior director of sales and vice president of customer operations for Alcatel USA, and he previously held senior customer operations management positions with DSC Communications Corp and was a field service engineer with Northern Telecom and an electronics technician with the United States Navy

Tricia Hosek is responsible for managing the company’s overall operations as well as Netsocket’s product and marketing strategy. Her career is highlighted by high growth and profitability achievements spanning early stage start-ups through multi-billion dollar operations. Tricia comes to Netsocket following a series of successful business strategy engagements with the boards of venture-backed technology startups in the Dallas area. Previously, as President/GM of Switching Solutions at Tekelec, Tricia drove the integration of three start-up companies to form a single market-leading business unit. This strategy resulted in the tripling of combined revenues approaching $150M annually. Earlier at Siemens, Tricia held P&L responsibility for the North American wireline access market, with revenue in excess of $450M/year. As a member of the Global Strategy Board, she planned the consolidation strategy for global product lines. Prior to the Siemens acquisition, Tricia led product strategy and operations from early stage through successful initial public offering at Efficient Networks. The dramatic growth drove the acquisition by Siemens for $1.5 Billion.
