Experience * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field experience. Certifications * 4+ years hands-on, technology related experience or equivalent education. Proven work experience dealing with client accounts. * CCNP-Collaboration Completed, or other CCNP-x certification, or substantial equivalent knowledge or experience. Professional Skills * Detailed knowledge of core technology services, ability to design solutions and create configurations. * Detailed knowledge of Collaboration products, ability to configure and install them based on complex requirements. * Strong knowledge of data center technologies as it relates to Collaboration infrastructure. * Strong knowledge of network protocols and network design theory. * Strong knowledge of the sales process and knowledge of the resellers' competitive advantage. * Ability to lead teams. * Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities among team members. * Skills to create and deliver presentations. * Business writing skills to be used when creating proposals and client documentation. * Ability to initiate feedback, proactively build rapport, respond immediately if possible, and escalate if necessary. * Aptitude for creative solution design (demonstrate creativity in solving client problems). * Basic understanding of business principles - understanding key drivers for reseller and client, business models - used to make informed choices; create solutions that address challenges. * Strong ability to accommodate different personality types. * Strong ability to make consistent good decisions based on the situation. * Solid project management and time management skills, and ability to execute subtasks in the project. * Organized and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously, set goals and objectives, and prioritize and complete tasks. * Demonstrate strong communication skills and initiative and provide consultants leading a project with regular updates on tasks, progress, etc., in a proactive manner. * Ability to act as a coach and mentor others. * Customer-service oriented. * Ability to travel more than 30%. #ZR
