**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **InTouch Center & Front Line Support**
+ Provide after-hours on-call telephone support and direct escalation support to Customer Engineers and Customer Solution Specialists (CSS). Mentor CSS to improve call resolution and author product knowledge articles to increase effectiveness. Establish and monitor procedures to maintain the integrity and quality of the Service problem/solution database.
+ Partner with Service field leadership to identify, escalate, and resolve customer issues through the Alert process. Recommend corrective actions based on product expertise, provide on-site support when required, and develop escalation pathways to CMSC (Japan) and Canon Medical Research (CMRU). Standardize and disseminate critical technical information, develop troubleshooting flowcharts, and recommend tools or equipment that improve productivity and reduce costs. Identify potential product issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve alert and escalation processes.
+ **InnerVision Development**
+ Define future functional and feature needs for InnerVision based on field experience. Assist with testing, deployment, and optimization of upgrades and enhancements. Develop and refine internal processes using Best Practice principles to support daily operational needs.
+ **CMSC & NPI Support**
+ Differentiate product issues from routine service issues and investigate root causes. Serve as a technical liaison between Front Line teams and CMSC to identify, quantify, and resolve ongoing product concerns. Provide technical expertise to the CMSU Business Unit during NPI activities.
+ **Training Academy Support**
+ Contribute technical knowledge to the development of training curriculum aligned with evolving business needs. Support instructional delivery, lab oversight, and competency assessments as required.
+ **Overall Service & Business Performance**
+ Analyze InTouch cases to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes across processes, hardware, software, and logistics. Develop and promote standardized troubleshooting methodologies, technical bulletins, and best practices that improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs. Establish measurement systems, influence service information systems, and provide financial impact analysis to support profitability-driven corrective actions.
+ **Customer & Internal Technical Support**
+ Work directly with eligible external customers to remotely troubleshoot and resolve product issues via phone and remote tools. # Project Overview:
Bechtel is the licensing, engineering, procurement, and construction partner on TerraPower's Natrium team. Selected by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for its Advanced Reactor Demonstration Program, Natrium is participating in a DOE initiative to re-establish U.S. leadership in nuclear energy that provides matching funding to industry to design and build an operational advanced reactor. TerraPower, a leading advanced generation technology company founded by former Microsoft CEO Bill Gates, will be deploying its 345 MWe sodium fast reactor (SFR), called Natrium. The Natrium plant features an advanced, cost-competitive reactor design that is safer, simpler, easier, and less costly to construct, less expensive to operate, and able to provide energy that is competitive with fossil fuels. It also features an innovative molten salt energy storage system designed to be complementary to solar and wind power by evening out the peaks and valleys in production when the sun is not shining, or the wind is not blowing. With the reactor and energy storage output combined, the plant can produce more than 500 MWe of power.

IT Lead, BC Dynamics Administrator Boyd Corporation is looking for an experienced IT Lead and Administrator for its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system. They will be a servant leader for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central team and work with and through an international team of IT resources and consultants.
This person will be responsible for maintaining and extending the functionality of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP instance. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Analyst's role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. Essential Job Responsibilities
* Mentor, coach and assist other Dynamics Analysts with Dynamics systems and processes
* Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
* Lead design sessions in improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central usage for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
* Serve as primary systems administrator for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system.
* Update/coordinate system configuration changes to enable new processes.
* Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of changes and enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system.
* Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that help address business needs from the ERP system.
* Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
* Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
* Provide Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central orientation and training to end users.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent with 5-7 years of related experience.
* Extensive experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system.
* Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
* Experience in discrete manufacturing environment preferred.
* Demonstrated project management skills.
* Travel may be required for business purposes. If so, the employee must have a valid driver's license issued by the state / country in which they work and a satisfactory driving record.
* Demonstrated analytical, written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure.

The candidate is responsible for areas of end-user support, including building and maintaining Windows desktops and laptops, managing servers, printers, backups, end-user applications, basic IP networking skills, cabling, and all other related systems and equipment. This engineer will also train in areas of broadcast transmission equipment, be responsible for audio-visual equipment repair, and basic building maintenance, where needed.
Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Manage computer systems/software (desktops, laptops, and servers) and provide end-user support
- Maintain and manage the station's IP network and oversee network security policies
- Integrate and maintain computer equipment; A working knowledge of broadcast editing systems and cameras is a plus
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Perform software upgrades and file backups on the network daily, weekly, or monthly
- Solve IT problems promptly
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support through phone, email, or in-person
- Assist with documentation of IT setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, Active Directory, networks, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of the latest operating systems software, including server and desktop operating systems
- Troubleshooting expertise for computers and software
- Scripting or Programming knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Be available to work during severe weather, breaking news situations, and provide on-call services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in potentially high-stress situations

POSITION PURPOSE:
The IT NetworkAdministrator is responsible for providing expert technical support for the Cooperative's networking solutions. This role involves installing, modifying, and maintaining both network hardware and software to ensure seamless business operations.
JOB DIMENSIONS:
Internal Responsibility
- Works collaboratively with all DREMC departments to support the Cooperative's networking needs and promote business continuity.
External Responsibility
- Communicates and collaborates with external IT vendors regarding the maintenance and repair of DREMC's LAN and WAN networks.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Plan, design, implement, and maintain WAN/LAN network infrastructure.
Ensure network availability, reliability, scalability, and security.
Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Layer 2 (L2) and Layer 3 (L3) switches, routers, and next-generation firewalls; use analysis tools to improve performance.
Maintain accurate and current technical documentation.
Apply necessary patches to networking systems and software.
Demonstrate familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware.
Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives.
Resolve IT support requests promptly, minimizing disruption.
Possess knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Center for Internet Security Benchmarks.
Implement and uphold data security, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity protocols.
Evaluate new technology solutions in alignment with organizational objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology (IT), management information systems (MIS), or a related field and 5 years of experience.
Experience (in lieu of degree):
13 years of experience.
Certification/License, etc.
-Industry certifications such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), ISC2 (CISSP), or equivalent are preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Tennessee Driver's License. Must be eligible and remain insured as a driver by the Cooperative's group liability policy for the automotive fleet.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in the information technology field. Extensive background in maintaining and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks. Extensive experience with network documentation. Knowledge of computer platforms, local area networks (LAN), web, cloud, and mobile-based systems. Ability to occasionally lift and carry 25-50 pounds.
