How You'll Drive Impact Enterprise Infrastructure & Project Delivery (≈50%) Lead and support enterprise-wide network and infrastructure projects across corporate and plant environments. Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Assess current-state environments and design upgrades that improve performance, security, and resiliency. Provide cost-benefit analysis and technical recommendations for new initiatives. Ensure projects meet architectural standards, budget expectations, and delivery timelines. Operations, Support & Optimization (≈50%) Own troubleshooting and resolution of complex network, voice, wireless, and IP-based infrastructure issues.
