We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.
If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don't bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay.
However, the earning potential is much higher!
Schedule: 2 days off during the week; during slower season enjoy a four-on, three-off schedule.
Bonus Opportunity: Earn a Trained and Active Bonus of $500.00, paid in two installments: $250.00 at 60 days of employment and $250.00 at 6 months.

Navarro operates and maintains two groundwater remediation systems to address ongoing environmental remediation activities at WSTF. You will join a dedicated team of engineers and technicians to support monitoring, operation, and maintenance of both systems. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the operation of the treatment systems in full compliance with the provisions of all EPA, NMED, NMSLO, and NASA requirements.

Maintain and update treatment system maintenance records and logs.
Support maintenance and troubleshooting activities with team members in accordance with applicable site safety and operational requirements.
Develop and maintain task-specific instructions and provide guidance and/or oversight to treatment system technicians.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a closely related field
A minimum of four (4) years of directly relevant professional experience
Must have a current valid driver's license and clean driving record
Possess or able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Possess or able to obtain OSHA HAZWOPER certification
Safe work ethic
Experience with standard office software
Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance
US citizenship
The ideal candidate will have
Experience with the operation and maintenance of groundwater treatment process equipment, including air strippers and ultraviolet photolysis reactors.
Working knowledge of piping, pumps, flow meters, pressure and temperature sensors, electric motors, and motor protection devices.
Familiarity with Rockwell Automation, Inc. FactoryTalk software and general working knowledge of SCADA systems.
Experience with groundwater extraction and injection wells.
Experience to monitor and maintain hydraulic capture of groundwater plumes.
Prior experience working on US federal facility projects
Professional registration.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The duties for this position are performed primarily in an office setting and secondarily in the field. Field work regularly requires the use of PPE, the ability to work safely, and navigate uneven ground or other obstacles found in desert terrains. Work weeks are on a 9/80 schedule.
