The MAG Aerospace Engineering Team is seeking professionals to support the Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) who are responsible for the overall architecture of various technologies, transmission, and termination of digital communication across the globe for the Department of Army on behalf of the U.S. Army G2.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
**Duties include, but are not limited to:**

The Network LAN/WAN Administrator performs Tier one and two network support in accordance with the SIE OPORD. The Administrator must have solid technical skills, with experience in a variety of network protocols, software, and hardware involved in LAN and WAN operations. Network Administrator (LAN/WAN)
Monitors the LAN and WAN equipment and circuits utilizing Riverbed Event Manager.

Administers LAN/WAN security, antivirus, and spam control measures.
Uses a variety of tools to monitor and troubleshoot the network.

Resolves ticket requests, works to resolve incidents, and escalates to the Engineering team when required.
Shiftwork will be required for this position.
