The Role We Want You For
We are looking for an experienced Procore Support Engineer to join our team based in St. Louis, MO. The Procore Support Engineer plays a key role in supporting the launch, maintenance, and ongoing operational consistency of Procore across the enterprise. This position is part of a centralized Procore Support Team responsible for managing multiple Procore instances to support the Clayco enterprise, ensuring seamless administration, user support, and alignment with enterprise processes and standards.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and experienced in Procore, and more generally, construction technology systems. They will work closely with project teams, internal stakeholders, and system administrators to ensure Procore is effectively utilized, continuously improved, and fully supported across the organization.
The Specifics of The Role
Provide day-to-day administration of Procore, including user permission maintenance, tool configuration, integration variance reporting, and troubleshooting.
Support end users through ticket resolution, technical and process guidance, and escalation management.
Monitor system performance, oversee maintenance cycles, and coordinate with Procore support as needed.
Assist with updates, new feature evaluation, maintenance releases, and rollout planning.
Employ process standardization through tool configuration, ensuring consistent Procore usage enterprise-wide that support Clayco SOPs.
Develop and maintain internal documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and other support materials.
Collaborate with functional area leaders to align Procore configurations with business requirements and workflows.
Participate in quality assurance checks to ensure governance compliance across all Procore instances.
Support the Procore Support Manager in delivering enterprise-wide communication around Procore education resources, updates, and best practices.
Support the delivery of reference materials.
Serve as a Procore subject matter expert during onboarding, project mobilizations, and major system releases.
Gather feedback from end users, identify trends, and recommend enhancements to improve system usability and operational alignment.
Assist in the evaluation and testing of new Procore features.
Support process improvement initiatives that elevate user experience and drive consistent, enterprise-wide tool adoption.
Requirements
Experience supporting construction technology systems, with Procore strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of construction management processes and the financial workflows that support project planning and execution.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

This position assists and provides IT services to internal customers located at our jobsites around the country. Support includes installation, documentation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals, as well as establishing standards and guidelines for supporting local and remote sites. This position requires the ability to identify and organize tickets and requests according to priority. Travel is usually planned in advance, but issues can arise which could warrant immediate travel to one or more local or remote locations.
The Specifics of the Role
Provide day to day support to our remote Jobsites
Prioritize problems and incidents and escalate to internal teams
Basic knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows, Office)
Physical Installation of Meraki networks
Physical Installation of full site Mesh networks
Satellite communication installation
Basic Knowledge of Cisco AV Room kits (Webex)
Basic understanding of Design and Construction delivery process
Create and document training materials and knowledge articles
Provide training on software, hardware, and systems to Clayco Team Members
Preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals
Perform post-resolution follow-ups to requests and incidents
Manage printer hardware and software throughout our jobsites
Provide feedback on recurring incidents to engineering and development teams
First line of troubleshooting for remote networks
Adaptive and willing to learn business processes
Self-starter with the ability to workwithout direct supervision
Effective communication skills and deductive reasoning ability
Work with the Service Desk, Device Support, Engineering, VDC, and Development teams to determine and resolve problems received from clients local and remote.
Work with ISP vendors and managed services support partners to resolve technical problems
Perform regular health checks on equipment at remote sites.
Use diagnostic utilities, knowledge bases, and internet resources to document and create troubleshooting processes that can be utilized by others.
Provide technical assistance for project planning and support.
Identify and inform Leadership of recurring Incidents.
Contribute to company vision and direction by helping improve technical practices.
Requirements
1 to 4 years of experience in IT
60% plus Travel
Ability to use hand and power tools
Lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs)
Service industry experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic MS Office Suite/iOS support
Experience using enterprise ticketing system (ServiceNow)
Knowledge of AV solutions
Experience with cellular technologies (cradlepoints, hotspots)

# Project Overview:
Bechtel is the licensing, engineering, procurement, and construction partner on TerraPower's Natrium team. Selected by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for its Advanced Reactor Demonstration Program, Natrium is participating in a DOE initiative to re-establish U.S. leadership in nuclear energy that provides matching funding to industry to design and build an operational advanced reactor. TerraPower, a leading advanced generation technology company founded by former Microsoft CEO Bill Gates, will be deploying its 345 MWe sodium fast reactor (SFR), called Natrium. The Natrium plant features an advanced, cost-competitive reactor design that is safer, simpler, easier, and less costly to construct, less expensive to operate, and able to provide energy that is competitive with fossil fuels. It also features an innovative molten salt energy storage system designed to be complementary to solar and wind power by evening out the peaks and valleys in production when the sun is not shining, or the wind is not blowing. With the reactor and energy storage output combined, the plant can produce more than 500 MWe of power.

# Major Responsibilities:
+ Perform modeling and pipe support calculations using GTStrudl
+ Candidate should be familiar with common pipe support hardware, industry standards, and relevant codes such as AISC & ASME B31.3/B31.1.

+ Work closely with layout personnel and pipe stress engineers to deliver a quality and cost-effective design.
