STGi is currently seeking an Assistant Administrator - Long Term Care to provide services at the Georgia War Veterans Home. JOB SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to assist in directing the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern nursing facilities and as directed by the Administrator to assure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. This position will oversee the traditional long term care areas of the campus, currently the Wood and Vinson buildings. The Plant Support Engineer identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves plant issues and acts as a liaison between engineering team and Operations, Production, and Maintenance departments. This position works with occasional supervision or direction to form assigned tasks and coordinate assigned initiatives through completion. The position will maintain effective working relationships with others. Job Description Key Accountabilities: Supports Maintenance and Operations in system troubleshooting and recommends course of action to engineering management for approval regarding troubleshooting significant events or complex plant problems. Interfaces with Maintenance and Operations for cost effective maintenance strategies. Issues engineering changes (Design changes and temporary modifications) to support ONLINE work schedule, emergent plant issues, and equipment reliability issues. Helps support planning and prioritization aspects of project life cycle. Implements action plans of senior team members to address deficiencies via the corrective action and work management processes. Supports changes in system configuration/design and design basis. Develops engineering products in accordance with defined standards and procedures. Participates in project teams for critical on-line system outages and/or refueling outages. Serves on outage engineering support teams. Attends training and maintains qualifications necessary to perform required group functions.
