Purpose
The IT Systems Administrator provides technical expertise within the Information Technology department in support of daily departmental operations and projects. This position focuses on technical facets within our infrastructure environment.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of IT systems including virtualization, servers and storage.
Installs and upgrades servers, storage systems, software packages and other components.
Troubleshoots hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems and assessing the impact of issues.

The IT Network Engineer will join our IT Team located in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures within a manufacturing/OT environment. The IT Network Engineer's core responsibility is infrastructure for all related data, network, and systems within EOS Energy's information technology and operational technology site. Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
You'll visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Valid Driver's License: Clean record required
Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
Physical Ability:
Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
Lift up to 70 lbs
Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $21.50/Hour
