KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent work experience considered)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role - IT administration, network management.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and IT security principles.
Experience with Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and cloud-based services.
Must work independently with no supervision.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A can-do attitude.
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
