The NOC Analyst plays a key role in strengthening our monitoring capabilities by ensuring alerts are properly escalated and resolved in a timely manner. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement testing for network, server, and application health, including performance evaluation, trend analysis, process failure detection, and uptime verification.

● Monitor enterprise systems, servers, cloud workloads, networks, and business-critical applications for performance and availability issues.
● Coordinate with Network, Systems, Cloud, Application Support, Development, and Security teams to resolve incidents.
● Maintain accurate incident documentation and ensure proper communication throughout incident lifecycles.
● Conduct system health checks and validate stability following maintenance activities or changes.
● Identify recurring issues and provide recommendations for improvements to monitoring, alerting, or processes.
Qualifications
● 2-5 years of experience in a NOC, IT operations center, or enterprise systems observability role.
● Experience in a large corporate or distributed enterprise environment; retail industry experience preferred but not required.
● Proficiency in web application technologies, with experience in APIs, HTTP status/error codes, and end-to-end request tracing.
● Proficiency with enterprise monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Zabbix).
● Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, VLANs,). ● Experience with writing SQL queries
● Experience supporting Windows/Linux servers, virtualization technologies, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
● Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or relevant field and a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with network engineering, architecture, and/or operations. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
* Strong expertise in MPLS, DIA, P2P circuits, AWS Direct Connect, and Azure ExpressRoute.
* Deep knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), IPSec VPN, NAT, ACLs, route maps.
* Solid experience with Cisco routers (ISR, ASR) and switches (Catalyst, Nexus).
* Proficiency in network monitoring and SNMP-based solutions (SolarWinds, PRTG, ThousandEyes, Cisco DNA Center, etc.).
* Hands-on experience with ExtraHop for deep packet inspection and traffic analytics.
* Experience with Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and Cisco ISE (802.1X, NAC, authentication).
* Solid knowledge of wireless networking (Cisco WLCs, Access Points, RF design, and security policies).
* Scripting and network automation experience (Python, Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent tools).
* Ability to analyze packet captures, NetFlow, SNMP logs, and real-time network telemetry.

We are looking for high skill and high character Site Supervisors to lead a Cisco 2900 deployment in an enterprise environment around the NE. You will be overseeing the installation of the 2900 routers and Aruba access points.
Your role will be to lead a team of two installers, coordinate with the end client, direct logistics, and oversee the entire deployment process. The work will consist of 1-2 nights in each job site, and then moving on to the next one.
This will be night work when the job site is closed for business.
CCNA and higher are preferred but not required. We are looking for self-starters, people who get the job done.
A strong background in installation is key!
The project will last for approximately one year with potential but no guarantee to be extended.
