The person should be self-starter, adaptable with attentive to detail and able to work with minimal supervision. The candidate must have experience within data center environments, specifically construction phase with a deep understanding of cabling and fiber installation. The Superintendent position will work in close collaboration with project management and human resources to coordinate technician work force planning, resource dissemination and coordination, general oversight of field operations while providing technical direction to technicians, maintenance of safety standards, productivity, schedule, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and having a strong understanding of the union contract.
