IT Managed Services & Microsoft 365 Support (25-40%) Provide Tier 1-2 IT support across all operating companies. Support and maintain Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint. Coordinate with managed service providers for escalated issues. Maintain IT documentation and device inventories.
