A DAY IN THE LIFE: In this role, you will support a high-impact Network Operations Center that forms the backbone of enterprise service delivery. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Incident and Problem Resolution: Serve as the final technical escalation point within the NOC for critical incidents, outages, and complex technical issues.
