This role works closely with Action for Children's Professional Development team to ensure that child care providers receive relevant, engaging, and impactful learning experiences. This position is ideal for an experienced trainer who is passionate about supporting early childhood professionals and enjoys flexible, part-time work. In this role you will Facilitate high-quality professional development (in-person and virtual) for child care professionals Deliver engaging and interactive sessions aligned with Ohio Approved (OA) standards. Provide guidance and support to early childhood professionals seeking professional development opportunities. Collaborate with Action for Children staff to schedule and plan trainings. Represent Action for Children in a professional and positive manner at all times.
