Demonstrated understanding of optical theory, transport technologies and the operation of optical transport systems (including SONET, SDH, DWDM (ROADM and OADM). Experience with Netcracker or similar Planning and Provisioning tools. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio & various operational Support Systems for internal and external presentations and complex network schematics. Have basic knowledge and skills related to programming in Python and machine learning models. Ability to work in a collaborative environment and willingness to convey ideas among team. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in problem solving with stakeholders, clients, and teammates. Ability to work and learn independently.
