The Network & Counterparty Relationship Management (NCRM) group is responsible for managing Brown Brothers Harriman's network of subcustodian and correspondent bank relationships for cash and securities in over 90 markets and providing value to both external and internal clients through market expertise and delivery of market information. The group is comprised of separate Bank Relationship Management, Market Information/Client Consultancy and Risk & Compliance pillars. As a Network RM Analyst II, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of the global provider of relationships within BBH's network of subcustodian and cash clearing banks. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the on-going oversight of our banks. This includes conducting regular due reviews (documentation review, bank calls and visits), maintaining appropriate AML/KYC files, communicating and ensuring delivery of detailed service level requirements, and acting as an escalation point for any issues arising with our bank relationships. You will work closely with internal subject matter experts including Service Delivery, Legal, Compliance, Credit, and Risk.
As the relationship owner, you will be expected to have a deep knowledge of the banks, the servicing relationships (including a strong understanding of local market operation and regulation as they relate to the services being provided), as well as BBH and client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
Act as a primary relationship contact for subcustodians/cash clearing banks and treasury counterparties.
Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Conduct regular and ongoing monitoring of subcustodian/cash clearing banks (agent banks).

Negotiate competitive arrangements including legal documentation and service levels with agent banks to extract value from services rendered by BBH's agent banks. Prepare meeting agendas and contribute to relationship profiles.
Execute on NCRM bank strategy through the issuance of RFPs, participation in conversions and the assessment and comparison of BBH's agent banks.
Establish timeline for the year for execution of RFPs. Administer RFP and analyze results
Assess, understand and communicate to the NCRM Management team any changes in agent bank's strategy, structure or model as well as market changes that may impact the services we receive from the agent banks.
Coordinate with internal BBH departments, to ensure quality service levels and the timely resolution of issues and inquiries.
Facilitate support of new markets/new products through the use of our agent bank network.
Coordinate with other business lines to identify solutions that best serve client and firm needs.
Identify, arrange and host meetings with representatives from visiting agent banks.
Ensure that all required annual due diligence deliverables are completed and documented, including annual documentation requirements, due diligence calls and/or visits, service level follow ups, etc.
As part of the annual due diligence process, understand and communicate to Network Management Team any changes to bank strategy, structure, model as well as any market changes that may impact the services we receive from the banks as well as the drivers behind any new contractual documentation requests.
Through on-going dialogue with the banks, monitor global market developments and understand the impact to BBH, our agent bank network and our clients.
Work closely with internal subject matter experts to ensure that our banks meet our requirements.
Respond to both internal and external client needs, by leveraging our agent bank network and local market expertise including: knowledge of securities markets, local foreign exchange markets, cash clearing regulations and payment systems.
Follow NCRM procedures when executing on daily deliverables.
Participate in industry forums as applicable.
Support internal working groups by identifying how market developments impact BBH and our clients. Seek out stretch assignments and support peers doing the same.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline required.
5+ years of relevant custody and Network experience.
Experience in the financial services industry with strong operational understanding of the custody business.
Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Knowledge of securities markets, foreign exchange, cash clearing, and capital market regulatory considerations pertaining to foreign investment activities.
Knowledge of the external competitive environment for the industry.
Willingness to conduct overseas travel as part of due-diligence process.
Salary Range
MA: $80,000 - $120,000 base salary + annual bonus target

Moog Space and Defense Group is projecting significant growth driven by high levels of U.S. Department of Defense spending and the thirst for human exploration. The Niagara Falls Site supplies rocket engines, propulsion systems, and propellant tanks for a variety of spacecraft, launch vehicle and strategic defense missions.
We are looking for an experienced propulsion systems engineer to add to our growing team and help us lead the way in new propulsion system design. Primary applications are bipropellant and monopropellant (chemical) propulsion systems for strategic missiles, LEO, GEO and exploration missions, with a particular focus on new product design for higher rate production applications to meet ever increasing market demands. The position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance and access to U.S. export-controlled information.
To be considered for this position, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
* Staff Level: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering with 12 years of proven industry experience in-space propulsion system design experience; MS or PhD preferred (candidates with less than 10 years' experience will be considered based on content of past design and development experience specific to rocket engines).
* At least 12 years of progressive experience, with 5 years of leading or supporting development projects.
* Experience interfacing with customers and demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach other engineers.
* Can understand new technical concepts and products. Utilize these skills to understand risks and take appropriate action.
* Experience designing propulsion systems for large scale, large volume production with a design for manufacturing (DFM) mindset is a big plus.
As a Propulsion Systems Engineer, you will:
* Lead the overall propulsion design and development necessary to support customer missions, starting from initial conceptual design from high-level customer requirements with a blank sheet of paper, all the way through development, qualification, production, and in some cases, large-scale industrialization for high-rate production.
* Lead and/or oversee the detailed systems and fluidic analyses for generating initial conceptual designs, selecting and baselining proper components, and working with Moog's internal and external supply bases to marry component capabilities to distilled-down system level requirements.
* Oversee and drive overall detailed design and verification plans for propulsion systems, planning or overseeing the planning of all component, subsystem, and propulsion system level design activity, build process, and test campaigns necessary to demonstrate compliance and deliver a high-quality product to customer requirements.
* Mentor and coach other engineers in propulsion systems design.
* Be able to work in Teamcenter/NX or comparable CAD application, frequently guiding and directing other engineers to generate conceptual designs/drawings.
* Develop new product requirements through consulting with customers and sales personnel and help translate those requirements to actionable engineering development strategies for the product area. Help build and establish contacts with the customer base and be a recognized subject matter expert.
* Often support the pursuits and/or provide guidance to other Moog business units.
* Validate conceptual problem solutions by performing trade studies and analyses.
* Assist in interviewing, training, and counseling junior engineers.
* Present your work to colleagues and to customers.
The primary site for this role is at our Niagara Falls location. Consideration will be given to other Moog locations in East Aurora NY, Arvada CO, Mountain View CA, Chatsworth CA, Gilbert AZ, or Huntsville AL. Occasional travel to Niagara Falls will be required if the individual resides in one of these other sites. Moog SDG has engineering resources in several locations in the United States.

Salary Range Transparency:
Niagara Falls, NY $125,000.00-$215,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
