Position Overview: The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is the central part of the Missile Defense System. It is a crucial operational system that allows the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to plan missile defense operations systematically, track battle developments, and actively coordinate networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve both global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC supports a layered missile defense capability that provides an optimized response to threats across all ranges and phases of flight. It acts as a force multiplier by connecting, integrating, and synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations worldwide and regionally to enhance performance. The candidate will serve as a primary Network Engineer supporting the C2BMC Program. In this role, they will act as both a Network Engineer and Developer, assisting with network build-out and deployments into the operational environment as needed.
