Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Implement and troubleshoot network infrastructure solutions; Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues; Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network hardware and software; Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, etc.);Diagnose and resolve network-related issues; Provide second and third-tier technical support.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Education - A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or 18 months to four years of work experience in a related field.
Experience - Six months to two years (Equivalent combination of Education and Employment).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in designing, configuring, deploying and troubleshooting enterprise wired and wireless networks.
Experience with converged networks, software and hardware in a routing and switching environment as well as quality-of-service including voice, VOIP, audio-visual, access control and security solutions.
Comprehensive knowledge of and familiarity with common layer 2 and 3 protocols, IP, DNS, DHCP, unicast and multicast, spanning tree protocol, BICSI and other network standards.
Experience with a wide range of client platforms including Windows, Mac OS X, iOS, Android and Unix-like environments including various flavors of Linux.
Excellent written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

What You'll Do

Effectively communicating and clarifying job tasks to team members.
