What You'll Do as a Customer Solutions Engineer:

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree inEngineering or related field
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering or quality-focused role
Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and product applications
Proven ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Technology or related degree desired, but not required
Four or more years of data network experience
Experience with analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software problems
Experience with Cisco or Arista network routing and switching administration
We are an Arista shop, but most Cisco skills will transfer smoothly
Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
In-depth experience preferred
Experience with planning network related projects
Experience with Linux or other GNU operating systems
Arista devices allow access to Bash to perform many GNU commands
