This role is critical for the development of tools and processes required to sustain stealth platform signature performance on advanced Air Dominance platforms. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to a team of SLO engineers, ensuring the effective execution of SLO plans while maximizing operational availability and minimizing life cycle costs. Key Responsibilities: Lead the SLO team in maximizing operational availability and minimizing life cycle costs of Boeing products with low observable design features. Analyze customer and system requirements to develop architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various products. Develop high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications. Validate designs through various methods of review, testing, and analysis. Implement supportability guidelines early in platform design. Share SLO experience and methods across low observable programs. Identify improvements in designs, materials, tools, or methods to reduce life cycle costs for users. Mature data collection and analysis tools to efficiently direct low observable maintenance actions.
