Working Conditions
Employee is constantly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to frequently climb a ladder and work in an elevated position. On a constant basis, must safely lift, carry and maneuver heavy or awkward objects 100 pounds or more, with or without assistance. We are seeking a junior network engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This person will be responsible for planning, building, and maintaining both physical and virtual networks, including LANs, WANs, and cloud-based systems. This involves configuring devices like routers and switches, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and optimizing network performance.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform administration and configuration of all network equipment, including but not limited to firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
Participate in planning design, technical review and implementation for new network infrastructure hardware and network operating systems for voice and data communication networks.
Design solutions with other teams to support new or updated technologies.
