Rick Wallace serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of KLA Corporation as well as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Wallace began as an applications engineer at KLA Instruments in 1988, and has held various general management positions throughout his tenure with the company. Arun completed his Master of Science degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Distinguished Alumni. In addition, Arun received an Executive Certificate in Business Marketing from the Kellogg School of Business and completed the Executive Program in Strategy and General Management from the Columbia Business School.

Mr. Jagiela became CEO of Teradyne in February of 2014. He has been President of Teradyne since January 2013 and the President of the Semiconductor Test Division since 2003. He is also on the Board of Directors. Prior to these roles, he was the worldwide marketing manager of Teradyne's semiconductor test products from 2001 to 2003. Mark joined Teradyne in 1982 as a design engineer, developing image sensor test systems. From 1989 to 1999 he served as general manager of Teradyne's Japan Division. He returned to the U.S. in 1999 as the engineering manager for the company's VLSI Test Division in Agoura Hills, California. Mark holds a BSEE from the University of Michigan. Mr. Jagiela has been a director of Teradyne, Inc. since 2014.

Wintergerst joined G+D in 1998 as Director of International Subsidiaries in the Cards and Services business. As Group Executive of the business unit Banknote Wintergerst has been a member of the Giesecke+Devrient Management Board since 2013. In November 2016 he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board. Furthermore to his role at G+D, Wintergerst is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of secunet Security Networks AG.
