Configures and updates Windows Active Directory domain. Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain computer and network services for all locations including server installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Maintenance and administration of Microsoft Office 365 and other cloud-based applications
- Implement and maintain all network infrastructure hardware and software for new stores, including but not limited to firewalls, switches, wireless equipment, and network services
- Design and implement unified communications solutions, from the delivery of the components through configuration of hardware, installation, and configuration of software and implementation
- Serve as technical support for store tickets/projects-may require multiple system integrations and communications
- Evaluate new products, perform network problem resolution, and assist in the development and documentation of technical standards and network designs
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed, and collaborate with management and department leaders to assess near- and long-term network capacity needs
Education & Experience
- B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- 1-3 years in network/systems administration preferred
- Retail experience preferred but not required
- System and network certifications preferred but not required
- Software experience: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, ERP software
- Hardware experience: network server hardware, desktop/laptop hardware, firewalls, network switches, wireless infrastructure, network wiring infrastructure, telephone system hardware, mobile device hardware
Hours & Compensation
- Typically 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, but able to work a flexible schedule for emergencies: evenings, weekends, and holidays
