Key Functions
Lead server administration and collaborate on IT initiatives; manage current infrastructure and design future solutions (automation experience is a plus).
Perform regular Windows server updates, patch management, and environment testing.
Manage a multisite VMWare/ESXi Host environment and Citrix environment.
Oversee and administer SAN Management, Antivirus/ Endpoint Protection, Cloud Services, Single Sign On (SSO, MFA, Duo), Microsoft SQL Server Management, Patch Management, Network Auditing (active directory, file servers, email), Backups and Disaster Recovery, Server Monitoring and Cloud Email Filtering.
Coordinate with internal and external customers on deliverables.
Research and implement new hardware and software solutions at an enterprise level.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline is preferred.
5+ years' experience in a similar role.
Prior experience in the construction industry and Viewpoint Vista ERP system management is a plus.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and share solutions with fellow team members.
Exercise excellent verbal and written communication practices.

Identify and analyze hardware, software and network-related problems. Troubleshoot and resolve problems whenever possible. Collaborate with other ITS departments as needed; maintain ownership of the ticket issue to ensure prompt and through resolution.

Summary
Under the direction of the NMC Manager, the Senior Network Analyst - NMC will be responsible for the support of the Lightpath Network and all customers. The Network Planning & Engineering Intern will be responsible for modelling equipment within Netcracker and establishing a dashboard within Tableau. Duties and Responsibilities
Creating Network Device Grooming Tool / Report to vet through all TDM Trunks and identify trunks with no Child Circuits for disconnect and to consolidate low utilized TDM trunks within Netcracker.
Create RFA AI Agent Search Tool: an AI BOT to source the Engineering Wiki to answer RFA potential questions.
Present project ideas to individuals and groups.
Provide a weekly status report with the Network Engineering Management and Team.
The Intern will work closely with all related management teams to fulfill business requirements and contribute to successful implementation of project.
The Intern will work with the Transport Engineering team to perform data mining efforts within Netcracker and develop a summarized report within Excel.
Transport Engineering and Capacity Planning team to create an AI BOT to answer RFA questions from the Lightpath Fulfillment business units sourcing the Network Planning and Engineering Wiki page.
Qualifications
Eligible candidates should be entering their senior year of an undergraduate program or be recent graduates of an undergraduate or master's program.
