Will assist and perform tests with WNET Repairs Divisions, ISP (Providers) or Engineering to test WNET's network from Collocation, Cageless, In-buildings or client premises. Perform advance troubleshooting of VoIP issues affecting customer services. Utilize tools such as Wireshark, COM, SAS, etc. to identify/solve and solve service issues.
