This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.

**Job Description**
We are looking for a Network Administrator to monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This position will be Full-Time and Remote, **candidates must be located in either Pacific or Mountain Time Zones** .

**What You'll Need**
Required:
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience working with small-business class firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
+ Strong experience with Ubiquiti products is highly beneficial
+ Proficiency in network configuration, management, and troubleshooting
+ Solid understanding of network security principles and practices
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while maintaining collaborative team relationships
Preferred:
+ Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent
+ Experience with network monitoring tools and software
+ Familiarity with cloud networking solutions
