Experience: Expert knowledge of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems architecture, programming best practices, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems, and the underlying control theory (PID loops, setpoints, scheduling, Boolean logic, economizer). Proficiency in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls) as they relate to BAS and IT integration. Experience with open protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, Rest API integration). You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls. You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service. Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.
