What you'll be doing:
The LMS Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, optimization, and scalability of the Learning Management System (Docebo). This role ensures a seamless learner experience, reliable system performance, accurate data, and meaningful insights that support onboarding, compliance, and leadership development across the organization. The LMS Administrator partners closely with the Learning & Development team and key stakeholders to maintain high-quality learning operations and continuously improve the learning ecosystem.
No two days are the same, but a day in the life might include:
· System Administration
· Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions while maintaining accurate learner and system data.
· Oversee LMS integrations with UKG and other business systems, as needed.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with LMS vendor support when required.
· Ensure system stability, security, and data integrity.
Content & Learning Plan Management
· Upload, organize, and maintain courses, learning plans, and certifications within the LMS.
· Test xAPI packages to ensure proper functionality and tracking.
· Maintain version control and enforce consistent naming conventions, tagging, and accessibility standards.
· Create and update course, learning plan, and asset thumbnails to support a clear and engaging learner experience.
Reporting & Insights
· Create and distribute reports and dashboards related to course completions, adoption, and learner engagement.

What you'll bring to the team:
· Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
