The Network Administrator will assist with the proper maintenance of the LAN, Wireless, and WAN voice and data networks. The Associate IT Support Technician will provide Level 1 support and troubleshooting to resolve Network and Telephony issues. The Associate IT Support Technician will assist with ensuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise voice communications network including, but not limited to client hardware and software issues related to Network Telephony.
