Job Purpose The Provider Network Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, and maintenance of the provider network for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). This role focuses on cultivating strong relationships with providers, ensuring network adequacy, supporting the credentialing process in collaboration with the Credentialing Coordinator, and providing orientation and ongoing engagement for network providers. The Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the provider network delivers high-quality, person-centered care to meet the unique needs of PACE participants. Duties and Responsibilities Provider Network Development Identify, recruit, and contract with qualified providers to support the clinical and non-clinical service needs of the PACE program. Develop and implement strategies to expand and maintain an adequate and diverse provider network in accordance with regulatory requirements and participant needs. Assess geographic and specialty gaps and work proactively to address deficiencies in the network. Relationship Management Serve as the primary liaison between PACE and its provider network. Build and sustain positive, collaborative relationships with contracted providers, ensuring high levels of provider satisfaction. Conduct regular outreach and check-ins with providers to address concerns, share updates, and promote partnership. Lead and coordinate provider orientations to familiarize new providers with PACE program values, processes, and participant care expectations. Credentialing and Onboarding Collaborate closely with the Credentialing Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate credentialing and re-credentialing of all network providers. Track the credentialing process to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Coordinate onboarding processes, including documentation collection, training schedules, and communication flow for newly contracted providers. Communication & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider database and documentation. Generate and distribute provider directories, reports, and network updates as needed. Collect and analyze provider feedback to support continuous improvement efforts. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure that all provider network activities comply with federal and state regulations, including CMS, DHCS, and PACE-specific guidelines. Support audit and compliance initiatives related to provider contracting and network adequacy. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field required; equivalent work experience may be considered. 3+ years of experience in provider network management, contracting, or healthcare administration, preferably within managed care, PACE, or long-term services and supports. Experience working with credentialing processes and regulatory compliance strongly preferred. Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Knowledge of provider contracting principles and healthcare delivery systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple relationships. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and provider management systems (e.g., credentialing software, EMR systems). Physical Demands Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Exante360, Inc., is looking for IT Testing Technicians who want to join us on our bold initiative of “improving lives through relations, by connecting people to solutions.” Role We are seeking reliable and detail-focused IT Testing Technicians to help ensure workstations and related equipment are fully functional and ready for end users. This role performs hands-on quality assurance checks on desktop and laptop systems after imaging, validates software and hardware functionality, and supports basic troubleshooting before and after deployment. What You'll Do Perform functional testing on newly imaged or deployed PCs, laptops, and peripherals (monitors, docks, keyboards, mice, webcams, speakers, etc.). Verify operating systems boot correctly and system images have been installed properly. Ensure required applications (Microsoft 365, Teams, Chrome, Edge, etc.) are installed and operating without issues. Test wired and wireless network connectivity, login access, and basic workstation performance. Configure and test network printers, label printers, and scanners where required. Document testing results accurately and escalate issues to your supervisor. Identify, troubleshoot, and report hardware or software failures discovered during QC. Label and prepare all workstations that pass testing for deployment. Sample Tasks You'll Perform Print test pages and validate printer connectivity. Launch O365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Test Chrome and Edge. Validate audio/video functionality in Teams. Check label printers and scanning devices (where applicable) Key Skills and Abilities Necessary Working knowledge of Windows 11 desktop environments and common enterprise applications. Ability to follow technical checklists and perform structured testing. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with standard computer hardware and peripherals. Clear communication skills and a dependable, detail-oriented work style. Education/Experience Requirements Experience with imaging tools (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, MDT, PXE, etc.). Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or workstation deployment roles. Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+ Certification. CompTIA Network+ or CCNA Certification. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, turn, and pivot while carrying objects up to 50 lbs. Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing. We are currently looking for an IT/OT Technician to work for a leading Greater South Orange County area CDMO.Pay Rate: $25-40+/hour depending on experience.Contract: 4-6+ months (with possibility of conversion) Summary:Provide onsite, hands-on support for the physical implementation of a Chromatography Data System (CDS) migration project, with a focus on technical IT activities including client setup, instrument connectivity, and network coordination within a GxP-regulated lab environment.Responsibilities:The contractor will support limited, clearly defined activities within the overall project scope, focusing strictly on technical implementation and infrastructure support: Lab Equipment and Client Workstation Setup Physically install, cable, and configure laboratory PCs and client terminals used for CDS. Confirm network connectivity of CDS clients to the domain or local environment. Assist with installing approved drivers and software required for instrument communication. Instrument-to-PC Integration Support Connect lab instruments (e.g., HPLCs, GCs, UV-Vis) to workstations via USB, serial, or Ethernet as applicable. Assist in confirming basic communication between instruments and client software (under guidance from CDS vendor or lead system admin). Troubleshoot hardware or connectivity issues during physical setup. User Access and Device Configuration Assist with domain-join and basic Windows configurations on lab clients under provided SOPs. Configure local or network printers and barcode devices as needed. Apply hardening settings and antivirus installations under OT team direction. Implementation Documentation and Handover Record installed asset information (PCs, instruments, network ports, cable labels, etc.) for CMDB and audit tracking. Document installation steps and provide feedback on physical setup procedures.
