The PLM Lead is responsible for leading the development, integration, management, and optimization of the PLM tools (Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DExperience, PTC Windchill or Autodesk Fusion). Key Job Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, the PLM IT lead must have a strong understanding of both technical skills and business processes and be able to effectively present and demonstrate solutions to an executive audience.
Lead and oversee the implementation, development, upgrades, support, and process optimizations of PLM tools (Teamcenter, 3DX, Windchill or Fusion).
Define technical requirements, specifications, and architecture designs based on business objectives and user needs.
Conduct technical feasibility assessments and prototype development to validate design concepts and identify potential risks and challenges.
Employ application and integration development best practices, enterprise architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture modification and design, environment management, and testing.
Ensuring PLM Solution is implemented successfully, sustainability of technology and applications on security compliance and capability enhancement and alignment product roadmaps.
Identify, investigate, and recommend improvements to products, systems, and processes and provide technical feedback for proposed system design and implementation activities.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices, application logging, monitoring, and observability.
Serve as the PLM expert and primary point of contact for all engineering applications.
Train business users on new PLM processes and manage business requests.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, information science or a related field
10+ years of experience in PLM tools (Teamcenter, 3DX, Windchill or Fusion) implementation, integration & support, with 4+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships.
Hands‑on experience with PLM tools (Teamcenter, 3DX, Windchill or Fusion), software development, and related technologies.
Strong technical skills in PLM, including experience with data management, process optimization, and system administration.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address PLM issues and implement solutions.
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hiring Range
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $140,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.

We are currently seeking a qualified IT Technician to join our client's team for an onsite position in Plainfield, IL. This resource will be expected to provide effective diagnostic evaluation of end-user customer needs and in all cases use good judgment and timeliness in responding to and resolving each issue or project to the customers' satisfaction. Resolution includes but is not limited to the following: identify, research, and resolve technical problems, timely response to the incident management system, telephone calls, and emails.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assure continuity of the computer system for all system users
Provide support of mobile hardware (Apple and Samsung mainly), along with support of Telecommunication Service
Manage, install, and troubleshoot telephone system and other equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers, etc.
Provide support of a Google based business, using Google business applications
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems related to operating system, hardware and software applications
Set up equipment for employees, or assist moving equipment around
Must be able to coordinate with software and hardware vendors to resolve any technical issues
Develop training materials and procedures, and / or train users in the proper use of hardware and software
Provide solutions in a timely fashion for issues that may arise with all client applications
Log and track support calls in client Incident Management system, prioritize and escalate tickets as required to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify trends in the support calls and develop documentation to address the most-often reported problems and issues. Notify management of increasing trends, unusual activity or repeated activity
Recommend changes in software and hardware to improve computer capabilities
Routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Associate's degree, technical certifications in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent is preferred
Minimum 1 to 3+ years of related work experience
Must be proficient in MS Windows Desktop Operating Systems, MS Windows Server Operating Systems including Active Directory and TCP / IP networking knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite 2010 and 2013, and Google Workspace
Must be able to support Apple and Android mobile phones
Experience with Small PDF, and Auto Desk applications, a plus
Knowledge of AWS, RingCentral, Telecommunication, Meraki, Ricoh printers, Lexmark printers, a plus
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing is required
Frequently lift and / or move items over 50 pounds
Excellent telephone presence with organized follow-up skills

Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $24.75 - $36.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
