Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

Torch Technologies is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator to join a team to assist the 23rd Electronic Warfare Squadron, 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW), at Eglin AFB, Florida. The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF). The mission of the 350 SWW is to develop and test mission data (MD) to defeat enemy radar and infrared guided missile systems, thus enhancing aircrew and aircraft survivability in combat. This mission includes operational EW testing, MD development/validation/verification, force development evaluation execution and facilitating foreign materiel exploitation.
As a Computer Systems Administrator your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

* Resolving IT support requests from employees answering computer system issues

You will create Scripts to automate tasks including, but not limited to: PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain Learning Management System software including, but not limited to: Question Mark and Moodle along with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions.
You will provide Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) support including but not limited to: Local Trusted Agent (LTA) duties, account requests, and being the PCTE Helpdesk Liaison.
You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain the building access control systems including, but not limited to: server maintenance, building the Virtual Machines, and renewing the licenses.
You will do SARS, GARS, COMSEC, TCTO, and TMO submissions and updates.
What Required Qualifications You'll Bring:
Master's degree or Approved Equivalent Experience
8 years of system administration experience
IAT/M Level III Certification
Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS Occasionally. Must have a current passport or able to acquire within the first 60 days of employment
Clearance - Top Secret/SCI
