Position Summary
We are seeking a Crane Service Technician - Level 2 to join our team. This position is ideal for experienced technicians with strong mechanical and electrical skills who are ready to take on more complex service tasks. You will perform inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations on overhead cranes and hoists, including advanced troubleshooting and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of overhead cranes and hoists per OEM manuals and OSHA standards.
Work on 3-motion cranes with VFDs (no encoder) or contactors, including 5-speed pendants or remotes.
Service and troubleshoot uncommon brake systems such as Whiting SESA and Magnetek thruster brakes.
Demonstrate thorough understanding of AC control circuit principles including Ohm's Law and voltage drop.
Troubleshoot and repair contactor motor control systems.
Rig up and install new crane equipment with proper safety and mechanical procedures.
Explain repair plans, troubleshooting processes, and required parts to customers clearly and professionally.
Properly diagnose mechanical components including wheels, bearings, and reducers.
Identify and understand crane control components in hoist and bridge panels.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in crane service or industrial maintenance.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting tools and safe practices.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work at heights and in industrial environments.
Technical training or certifications in industrial maintenance or electrical systems.
Experience with crane installations and rigging.
Customer service experience in a technical field.

About the Role
Seen Health is building and scaling a PACE program designed to deliver proactive, high-quality care for frail seniors. Our provider network is a core part of care delivery: it must be high-performing, reliable, culturally competent, and operationally easy for our care teams and participants to use.
The Provider Network Specialist role is equal parts provider network operations and execution. We already have a provider network in place; the work now is to make the network work day-to-day-maximizing existing contracts, unblocking access as we expand into new service areas, and building clean workflows that help our teams move quickly. The IT Technician would assure end-users' performance levels on a day-to-day basis by assessing, solving, and/or escalating technical questions in addition to maintaining and updating the company's software/hardware products.
Responsibilities
Installing and updating computer hardware/software products.
Maintaining and repairing equipment (workstations, laptops, printers, servers, etc.)
Assisting in the running of cables.
Placement and installation of digital and network devices.
Troubleshooting computer software/hardware related-issues to ensure end-user performance and smooth running of systems.
Assessment of technical questions along with their proper escalation.
Creation/termination of user accounts.
Setting up computer/network security measures as well as configuring network access for individual users.
Offering technical support on-site, via phone, email and remotely via extended computer access as required.
Qualifications
Requirements
Associate or BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
2+ years of technical experience as a desktop analyst/technician.
CompTIA A+ certification a PLUS.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Problem solving attitude.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
