TEKsystems has a client that is looking for a Cisco Network Administrator for Global layer 2 and layer 3 LAN and WAN across numerous technologies. Candidates have to be experts in Cisco Troubleshooting and supporting a global complex environment. They will be required to be on-call rotation, participate in high exposure incidents and be able to handle themselves under pressure. They will be working with routers and switching for all configurations, implementations, upgrades and anything else related to supporting a global network. Candidates will need to understand scripting for automation as well as APIs /Infrastructure as a Code.
The support service provides the following functions:

Cisco Network Admin resources will diagnose and correct software and hardware problems. Resources must possess the appropriate skill levels to provide network troubleshooting and identification of the specific source of connectivity problems within the specified network environment. Sources of network faults are isolated to specific hardware products, network cabling, and network connections on the network. Any changes to the network shall be made in accordance with established change control procedures.
Candidates have to be well versed with Cisco Routing/Switching, configuration and deployments, they are the 1st line of defense for any network issue/outage/rollout/upgrades globally.

What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors
The IT Support Technician is responsible for ensuring continuity of computer system services for computer users by providing the technical expertise and assistance necessary to install computer software, modify/repair hardware, and resolve technical problems. They will also employ and manage additional systems to assist with the deployment of software and hardware to computer users. Other members of the Information Technology team may request their assistance with projects and tasks where appropriate. Additional responsibilities and tasks may be assigned based on technical ability and schedule availability.
Your Responsibilities
End-User Support
Field incoming service desk requests from users via ticketing system, email, telephone, and in-person in a timely, courteous manner.
Troubleshoot, install, and upgrade end-user software and hardware.
Provide one-on-one or small group end-user training on relevant topics and systems on an as-needed basis.
Work with outside vendors for product-specific support.
Maintain and troubleshoot file sharing systems for use with external users and organizations.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding within the scope of assigned duties.
Hardware & Software Management
Image, configure, and set up desktop and laptop computers and associated peripherals at employee workstations.
Coordinate shipping and reclamation of computer hardware to and from remote offices.
Maintain proper documentation and storage of deployed and available hardware assets.
Knowledge Management & Miscellaneous
Design and maintain user-focused informational articles and videos covering relevant technology topics.
Generate and maintain team-focused articles and documentation on recurrent issues and known solutions.
Provide guidance and training to other Information Technology team members when requested or required.
Assist with company-wide software rollouts and technology upgrades.
Provide on-site support at remote offices and outside of regular working hours as required.
Requirements
1+ year of equivalent work experience in an IT support role or active enrollment in a relevant degree program.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices.
Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft Office 365.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Possesses talents and strengths in communication, conflict resolution, user education, problem solving, and self-education that allows them to excel in developing and maintaining strong relationships with staff and team members.
Working knowledge of modern enterprise computer hardware and software.
Ability to lift and carry devices and equipment of varying sizes and weights.
One to two years of experience in a relevant industry role or two years of active enrollment in a relevant degree or certification program is preferred but not required.
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field of study is preferred but not required.
Relevant industry certifications are beneficial but not required.

What you will do:
IT Systems Administration
SharePoint Administration: Manage site permissions, structure, content organization, and workflows. Ensure SharePoint sites are optimized, secure, and designed to support business operations.
Office 365 Administration: Support and configure Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and licensing management.
Spreadsheet Systems Management: Maintain and support spreadsheet-based systems, workflows, and reporting tools across the organization.
Software Asset Management: Track, maintain, and update IT-managed software, ensuring compliance, proper licensing, and accurate inventory records.
User Account Management: Create, modify, and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Office 365, Active Directory, and other relevant platforms.
Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation, knowledgebase articles, process guides, and training materials.
Software Training & Support
Training Delivery: Design and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing software rolled out by IT (including 40Grid, SharePoint, Office 365 tools, ticketing systems, and business applications).
Training Materials: Create user-friendly training documents, video tutorials, and step-by-step guides for employees at all technical levels.
End-User Support: Assist employees with software-related questions, workflow optimization, and general IT software usage.
Change Management Support: Partner with IT leadership to ensure smooth adoption of new software, communicating updates clearly and effectively.
General IT Responsibilities
IT Support Collaboration: Work closely with service desk and infrastructure teams to escalate issues, identify system improvements, and support cross-department technology initiatives.
Troubleshooting: Assist with diagnosing and resolving software-related issues, including Office 365 access, SharePoint functionality, and related integrations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve system usability, and enhance user efficiency.

Technical Expertise:
