Experience:

You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.

You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)

Required Qualifications:
BS in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or other Information Technology discipline or equivalent in experience
CCNA Certification
