Business Systems & CMiC Support
Provide hands-on support for CMiC users across enterprise and field teams.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or similar field of study.
Two or more years of experience in IT / IS.
In-depth understanding of TCP / IP networking, including switching, routing, VLANs, DNS and wired/wireless connectivity.
Microsoft Windows Network Management, including Windows Server 2016 and 2019, Active Directory and Group Policy.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers is crucial. Regular use of phone and email for communication is essential.
