How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The IT Network Administrator/Project Coordinator is responsible for implementation of defined special IT projects such as, network installations or upgrades, phone system installations, WIFI upgrades, acquisitions and ensuring Corporate IT projects are performed in accordance with the overall project plan for Airgas North Division.
In particular, you will:
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Responsible for executing project plans through the coordination of available resources
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with Internal IT, Business and Vendors
• Place all project orders utilizing internal Airgas purchasing systems in conjunction with our preferred vendors
• Place all internal resource requests utilizing established engagement processes
• Familiar with a wide variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies upon experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks, with minimal management oversight
• Participate in off hours engagement for project implementation when required
• Perform a variety of IT technical tasks as needed
• Work with 3rd Tier network teams to configure/troubleshoot new network installations
• Coach and instruct site contacts on the setup and troubleshooting of local IT equipment
• Work with telecom vendors for purchase and installation of Airgas approved/standard telephony systems
• Engage/coordinate approved vendors for technical support related to telephony and network connectivity
• Provide hands on network and telephony functions in support of new initiatives, troubleshooting and team support.

• 3 years of working as a PC technician in a Microsoft operating system environment , including telephony and networking integration, upgrade, or troubleshooting

• Experience in supporting a Citrix thin client environment.
• Broad technical knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCPIP, with a basic understanding of VoIP technologies
• Knowledge of LAN and WAN concepts.
• Familiar with Internet and Intranet concepts.

The Senior Active Directory Administrator is a subject matter expert that has global responsibility for the design and configuration of the AD and Windows Server environment.
+ Proven expertise in designing and architecting domain consolidation projects
+ Design and architect a global Active Directory infrastructure, including design and implementation of group policy
