I personally made my first few paychecks in the first couple months. Networth provides hands on training and you have the opportunity to make a paycheck in your first week to a month if you follow the training and put in 100% effort.

I’d say the compensation is much higher than the industry average ESPECIALLY in the beginning. Most realtors don’t succeed until months to years in the business but at NetWorth Realty you have the opportunity to succeed much earlier.

There are consistent expectations which helps for future planning and knowing what your days are going to look like. There are also very kind people who work here, and it's a pleasant experience interacting with coworkers.

Different owners 'oversee' different areas of the corporate office which can lead to inconsistencies in rules and expectations. It would be nice to work from home on a hybrid basis, but it's granted inconsistently and offered sparingly. PTO is minimal and there is minimal flexibility during emergencies. Some employees were expected to use PTO for emergencies, rather than management making allowances for employees in need. There have been recent HR changes that may alter this, but I am not sure as our employee handbook is out of date. I have come into work sick several times because I cannot afford to waste a day off. Most of the less tenured employees feel similarly about these inconsistencies, and it has been a main contributing factor in a lot of the employee turnover for their younger staff (who often pursue remote opportunities post-departure).

We are not provided with many benefits, but the discounts you receive at major retailers through the opt-in health insurance are nice.
