Being able to not just grow my income but, more importantly, grow as a person. They truly value each person being able to go after their dreams by focusing on the person I need to become in order to achieve those dreams.
None.
Being part of a company that values endless growth of its people.
Their constantly looking for ways to improve and give the best opportunity in the world to as many people who want it.
Continue to hire people looking to grow and improve the company who are committed to the culture.
Researched the company and came with questions about how I would fit into the culture.
It far exceeds the industry average.
It's a very diverse company. Your background does not matter. All that matters is what you see for your future and what you're willing to come in and work for every day in order to achieve that.
Being able to constantly grow and never be held back by anything other than myself.
Being able to have the opportunity to off market opportunities not only for myself but also to the people I build relationships with.
They are completely committed to your success. You can’t beat that.
Continue to live this lifestyle with my workers even outside the office.
Knowing that it was one of the best opportunities I’ve ever come across prepared me enough.
It completely surpasses the industry average. There is literally no cap to your income potential!
It’s probably the most diverse company I’ve worked for in my 25 years of living.
Having the opportunity to live the wholesale real estate lifestyle and have uncapped income potential.

You must be willing to bet on yourself and put in the work to make this work and that’s not for everybody.
the team
The leadership actually does this. They don’t just talk about what they think is best, they know it’s the best because they’ve done it and have gotten massive success from what they teach.
I wouldn’t, the culture is great.
I got my real estate license and did exactly what my broker told me to do to be able to get this opportunity.
I’d say the compensation is much higher than the industry average ESPECIALLY in the beginning. Most realtors don’t succeed until months to years in the business but at NetWorth Realty you have the opportunity to succeed much earlier.
The company is very diverse.
My team brings me the most joy.
I believe the pros of working at Networth USA are our incredible supportive teams and work environments. Leadership and management are very involved every single day!
In my experience, the cons of working at Networth USA are that it is very different from most jobs, so the beginning was my biggest challenge to adapt. Hours are not set, such as a typical 9-5.
My favorite benefits at Networth USA are that everything you put in will be rewarded back to you multiple-fold!
What I like best is that the CEO and leadership team are very involved every single day. They are willing to personally help each and every member any time of day!
I would improve Networth USA by more focus on marketing, such as creative swag materials and promotions.
I prepared for an interview by researching the various branches of real estate and learning each step of the process of real estate purchases.
In my experience, my compensation is far greater than fair compared to the industry average

The team is very collaborative. We are always looking to improve and lend a hand where we can.
It is a younger company and we are a small team. It is very rewarding to be able to help build and develop aspects of the company. Some of the more common benefits of established companies are yet to come.
The owners listen to us and value our varied feedback. They also see us, and treat us, as people. I do not feel like a forgotten pencil pusher; I feel seen and heard.
I researched the company and tried to better understand their purpose before interviewing.
Part of what makes the company successfully overall is the competitive nature of the offices and their agents. I am personally not a competitive person, but I can acknowledge the success it brings to the company overall.
The owners are honest, reachable, and communicative. They are always looking for the next way to improve in every facet.
For my position in my location, the salary is above industry average.
Our corporate and office teams are quite diverse with members from various social, cultural, and economical backgrounds. The work ethic makes the team player successful, and that is how we build our respective teams.
Being able to see the teams develop is a treat! Watching a new office pick up and begin to thrive, or a new agent become a frequent payee, or a corporate team member produce quality work, all while maintaining a positive social component. The vantage point for observing growth and success is without bounds.
