In my experience, the cons of working at Networth USA are that it is very different from most jobs, so the beginning was my biggest challenge to adapt. Hours are not set, such as a typical 9-5.

It is a younger company and we are a small team. It is very rewarding to be able to help build and develop aspects of the company. Some of the more common benefits of established companies are yet to come.
