Many friendly lawyers and support staff.
Legal Administrator is one of the most condescending managers I ever met. Her tone is abrasive clearly due to partners working remote she has abused her position in a negative way. Has issues accepting ideas of other people if they didn’t come from her. Using intimidation and threatening to terminate your job of you do not obey her commands. Not a good experience. Could have been a great one if it wasn’t for her.
Hot cocoa machine
One of the partners is approachable and was understanding of problem. Unfortunately due to the other partners being married and working remote he was unable to assist
Legal Administrator needs to attend Human Resources training and understand that everyone is replaceable.
She interviewed me for two hours. She wants intelligence yet you are to bow down to her. If you lack self respect than working directly for legal administrator would be a great fit.
I was being paid 28.50/hr and I was told I was being paid higher than previous employee who held job for 7 months. Not very good when insurance very high and they deduct a portion for parking.
It’s seems to be okay
Friendly people in a stress free environment where i can approach my manager with any questions and be given respect. In other words live by the saying treat others how you would want to be treated. Upper management needs to recognize how poor office dynamics are due to this one individual on a power trip even more so with the hiring of additional IT Mgr. wants or to be known she is one in charge and will terminate you at will whenever she wants.
