Job Description and Responsibilities:

You will collaborate across multidimensional teams at Neuralink, including Engineering, Legal, Finance, Preclinical, Clinical, and Operations teams to align procurement strategies with company goals and drive impact across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a liaison between suppliers/vendors and Neuralink's various teams to support seamless procurement and supply chain operations.
Understanding internal stakeholders' needs and aligning procurement strategies accordingly across diverse categories (e.g., hardware, clinical supplies, facilities, R&D, or general administrative needs).
Developing and implementing sourcing strategies that support business objectives, including supplier selection, RFPs, and category management for both direct and indirect procurement.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations (e.g., safety protocols for clinical/R&D, regulatory requirements in hardware or healthcare fields).
Providing insights and recommendations to continually optimize procurement processes and reduce total cost of ownership across the supply chain.
Analyzing the vendor pool and providing strategic recommendations for vendor consolidation to leverage economies of scale, streamline processes, and strengthen vendor relationships.
Monitoring supplier performance, conducting audits, and addressing any issues that arise to maintain high standards in procurement and supply chain activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
Proven strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation expertise in procurement and supply chain management, with experience in areas such as direct materials (e.g., hardware), working with clinical sites or clinical trials, capital equipment, large construction projects, or general procurement.
Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Track record of delivering strategic value, cost savings, and operational improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field.
Strategic cost modeling expertise.
Background in regulated industries (e.g., biotech, medtech, or hardware-intensive fields), with familiarity in managing procurement for clinical sites or clinical trials, R&D, facilities, capital equipment, large construction projects, or direct hardware supply chains.

The opportunity
As a Sr. Shipping & Receiving Materials Handler, you will be responsible for managing the receipt of all inbound freight and processing all outbound shipments, which include both domestic and international orders. Your tasks will involve picking, packing, staging, and shipping products from the warehouse. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, forklift operation, supply chain services, managing the availability of critical parts, supporting engineering requirements, controlling inventory, and providing customer service support to Magic Leap's remote facilities.

This position requires being fully on-site at our Austin, TX facility, to ensure seamless collaboration and hands-on support for daily operations.
What you'll do
Manage the receipt, verification, and documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments in SAP or the Material Receipt Tool.
Pick, pack, stage, and ship domestic and international orders, ensuring accurate documentation (invoices, BOLs, packing slips, labels).
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely; maintain 7S standards and cleanliness in all warehouse areas.
Replenish inventory using the FIFO method and resolve discrepancies in coordination with Purchasing and Finance.
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and timely reporting of out-of-stock items.
Create and manage import/export documentation and coordinate with carriers to resolve shipping delays.
Support Engineering and Sales by processing kitting requests and managing consumables.
Secure and track intellectual property (IP) collateral and manage returns.
Participate in safety training and cross-functional initiatives to enhance warehouse processes.
The experience you bring
5+ years of experience in warehousing or material handling.
High School Diploma or GED is required. Additional training in Logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is a plus
Skilled in packaging and palletizing high-value or fragile products.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing setting.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive).

Reviewing study protocols to ensure compliance before study initiation
Verifying that final study reports accurately reflect the raw data, protocol, methods, and SOPs used in conducting the GLP study
Preparing a Quality Assurance Statement to be included in final reports
Writing and reviewing Quality Assurance SOPs
Reviewing equipment, software, and other computer-system validations and qualifications when applicable
Inspecting critical vendors
Ensuring personnel training records are maintained by staff
Conduct GLP training for staff as needed, such as for new hires or when training certifications have expired
Serving as a point of contact and assisting with FDA inspections
Required Qualifications:

This position serves as a member of the IACUC, including participation in semi-annual inspections, and directs the veterinary technical team in managing the daily veterinary care operations. Develop, implement, and oversee anesthesia and analgesia protocols to support in vivo procedures.
Provide perioperative and postoperative care, manage pain control, and monitor recovery
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations as well as institutional and industry standards (IACUC, USDA, FDA, GLP, AAALAC)
Develop, review, and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), veterinary protocols, health surveillance plans, and other technical documents
Collaborate with research staff in the design, planning, and execution of in vivo studies
Review and prepare preclinical study documentation and reports
Support facility management by advising on housing, enrichment, husbandry, environmental monitoring, and veterinary aspects of facility design or modifications
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
Eligible for state veterinary licensure
Demonstrated knowledge and skill in veterinary medical care and surgical techniques for large and small animals

Team Description:
The Surgery Team is responsible for making sure Neuralink's surgeries are performed safely and efficiently. As a Neurosurgical Resident Innovation Fellow at Neuralink, you will train with our neurosurgical leads to function as an assistant or primary surgeon for experimental brain-computer interface procedures using human cadavers or large animal subjects. Job Responsibilities:
Utilize electrical engineering fundamentals and best system design practices to deliver high-performant, reliable, and manufacturable extremely size-constraint systems
Contribute to all phases of system and board design, from system definition to part selection, schematic design, layout, bring up, and design verification

The Robot Optics Team is seeking Optical Engineers passionate about shaping the future of operating rooms. We are responsible for all optical engineering aspects of Neuralink surgeries, which includes working on our surgical robotics, supporting operating room equipment, and manufacturing custom consumables. The core device we work on is the robotic system that performs implant insertions. Key subsystems include 2D and 3D machine vision cameras, optical coherence tomography, and surgical site illuminators.
Our team oversees the entire product lifecycle of all optical subsystems across multiple robot versions, from ideation and design through production, testing, and maintenance. We also design hardware for producing and inspecting consumables, such as laser-machined needle cartridges. As we manufacture a significant portion of our hardware in-house, our core activities include bring-up testing, designing hardware acceptance testers, and overseeing manufacturing processes.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
As an Optical Engineer at Neuralink, you will develop custom optics and imaging systems used directly in our surgical robot and associated consumables-manufacturing systems. These systems impact everything from sub-micron conventional imaging and laser scanning imaging to non-imaging optical power delivery. You will have the opportunity to work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers on the Robotics Team and collaborate with neuroscientists and biologists in the rest of the company. You will be responsible for designs from conception through to implementation as well as prototyping and building these optical systems quickly with the rest of the team. Designing and simulating optical imaging systems
