In the summer of 2002, Wampold Companies completed the construction of Shaw Plaza, a 12-story 240,000 square-foot building.
With exceptional visibility and accessibility, the property is located on the south side of Laurel Street between North Fourth Street and North Fifth Street in downtown Baton Rouge. It was purchased in 2003 and is regarded as one of the premier buildings on the Baton Rouge skyline.
