As the Assisted Living Director RN, you will demonstrate financial stewardship and leveraging technology; as well as managing financial and other resources responsibly and expanding our financial base through fund development. Assisted Living Director RN Responsibilities:

Oversee staff development, hiring practices, in-service training sessions, performance feedback, and promote a strong teamwork environment.

Maintain impeccable files to ensure compliance with proper documentation.

Assisted Living Director RN Qualifications:
Must have a current Iowa RN license or have RN licensure within the compact states.
3+ years' staff supervisory/team leadership experience.
IA Certification for Residential Care Facilities/Assisted Living or willing to obtain upon hire.
Demonstrated success with prioritizing multiple tasks.
Possess current knowledge of legal requirements related to property management, senior housing, or home health care or hospitality senior management.

Responsibilities: POSITION SUMMARY: The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Journey Traveler must be able to travel nationwide for 13 week assignments. This position provides flexibility to travel the country and work in various settings. On assignment the SLP organizes and provides speech-language services for the location to facilitate rehabilitation. They direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Also, the Speech Language Pathologist facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for communication and swallowing, to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits. They direct activities to promote and maintain health, within the scope of practice and consistent with the Code of Ethics of the profession. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As necessary or applicable, supervision of CFYs temporary licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services; adherence to an established plan of care, department and patient(s)' schedule, and timely documentation of services.
Attends and contributes to patient care, staffing conferences and other related meetings.

M.H. EBY, Inc. - a manufacturer of aluminum trailers and truck bodies - is looking for experienced welders to work in our fast-growing company. General tasks may include welding and/or fabricating aluminum, operating forklifts, and overhead cranes, operating various hand tools, and much more.
Work and/or school experience with welding is mandatory. Good attitude, good work ethic, excellent attendance, and a team mentality is a must. Candidates must be trainable and willing to learn.
