Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer provides leadership and direction to financial departments, ensuring the overall fiscal integrity, accountability, and performance of Nevada Regional Medical Center. This role partners with the CEO and leadership team to support long- and short-range financial planning and to ensure the organization's financial strength aligns with its mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership to all financial departments, including Accounting, Patient Financial Services, Health Information, and Materials Management.
* Assist the CEO in developing long- and short-range hospital plans.
* Develop annual operational and capital budgets aligned with organizational objectives.
* Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports that reliably reflect the hospital's financial position.
