D. Keith Grossman was named CEO and President of Nevro in March of 2019. Mr. Grossman has over 30 years of experience in the medical device field. He served most recently, and for the second time, as the President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Thoratec Corporation, leading up to its 2015 sale to St. Jude Medical. Prior to Thoratec, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Conceptus, a women’s health medical device company, leading up to its sale to Bayer Healthcare. Prior to Conceptus, Mr. Grossman served as managing director of TPG (Texas Pacific Group), a private equity firm, as a member of its healthcare investment team. Prior to TPG, Mr. Grossman served as Thoratec’s President, Chief Executive Officer and director for the first ten years of its growth as a commercial company. Mr. Grossman currently serves as Vice Chairman of Alcon, Inc., Chairman of Outset Medical, Inc. (privately held), and Board member of ViewRay, Inc. and previously served as a member of the Board of directors of Intuitive Surgical, Inc., Kyphon, Inc., and a number of privately held medical device companies. Mr. Grossman received a B.S. in life sciences from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Kashif Rashid is a Chief Compliance Ofcr/Secretary/General Counsel at NEVRO CORP and is based in Redwood City, California. He has worked as Corporate and Finance Associate at Kaye Scholar, Vice President Legal at ATARA BIOTHERAPEUTICS INC, and Assistant General Counsel at Loews Cineplex Entertainment. Kashif attended GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY between 1991 and 1995 and Georgetown Law between 1995 and 1998.

Niamh Pellegrini is a proven commercial leader with 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Nevro, Ms. Pellegrini was Vice President of Global Commercial Operations for Abbott Vascular, where she was responsible for driving approximately $3B in revenue. Prior to Abbott, Ms. Pellegrini served as CEO and President at Autonomic Technologies, Inc., where she led a turnaround of its European commercial business and drove U.S. market access. Previously, Ms. Pellegrini was President, North America at Thoratec Corporation, where she helped return the company to growth prior to its acquisition. Prior to joining Thoratec Corporation, Ms. Pellegrini served in progressively responsible global business development, strategy and commercial roles at Johnson & Johnson. Niamh Pellegrini graduated from Santa Clara University with an M.B.A and a B.S. in finance.

Rod MacLeod was appointed Chief Financial Officer in June of 2020. Mr. MacLeod joins Nevro with more than 25 years of experience in financial and executive leadership roles in healthcare and technology. Most recently he served as Vice President of Finance of Stryker Endoscopy, a division of Stryker Corp that develops and manufactures medical devices used in minimally invasive surgical procedures. During his 16-year career at Stryker Endoscopy, Mr. MacLeod played a key role in growing the division from $500 million to $1.8 billion in revenue. Prior to this role, Mr. MacLeod was Controller for Stryker Endoscopy. Previously, Mr. MacLeod was Vice President of Finance and Administration at Lumenare Networks, a Sunnyvale-based software company. Earlier in his career, Mr. MacLeod was Financial Manager/Controller at United Airlines and was a Senior Operational and Audit Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Rod MacLeod graduated from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with a Master of Management degree and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University.
