We currently have openings for a New Hire at our Crawfordsville, IN plant. This facility manufactures corrugated packaging products for local and national customers.
The New Hire assists in the operations of the Converting and Corrugator Departments.

**Primary New Hire's duties / responsibilities include:**

+ Following all safety rules and practices;

+ Ability to operate the baler, shredder, scales, and assist converting crews as needed with getting cap and bottom sheets and performing lower level positions on converting machines.

+ Responsible to relieve trolley driver for breaks.

+ Responsible for quality, safety, and housekeeping.

+ Picking up parts, supplies, and miscellaneous materials, as directed;

+ Performing assigned duties to insure that maintenance needs are met;

+ Accurately completing records associated with the tasks performed;

+ Maintaining teamwork with other associates;

+ Keeping supervision informed of problems and/or unusual situations; and

+ Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsible for increasing membership through direct sales and marketing of Molina Medicare products to dual eligible, Medicare-Medicaid recipients within approved market areas to achieve stated revenue, profitability, and retention goals, while following ethical sales practices and adhering to established policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

* Develop sales strategies to procure sufficient number of referrals and other self-generated leads to meet sales targets through active participation in community events and targeted community outreach to group associations, community centers, senior centers, senior residences and other potential marketing sites.
* Generate leads from referrals and local-tactical research and prospecting.
* Work assigned (company generated) leads in a timely manner.
* Schedule individual meetings and group presentations from assigned/self-generated leads.
